Members Assistance Programme (MAP)
At Victito, we recognise that there can be many things, often outside of work, that can contribute to, or exacerbate, problems at work and lead to individuals feeling totally overwhelmed, with things seemingly just getting too much. Very often, calm and assuring support, information and advice can help get things into perspective and achieve solutions. That is why, as part of the membership package, Victito members benefit from our Members Assistance Programme, a telephone helpline and information service, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Our confidential MAP service provides proactive, practical information and emotional support to help members to manage and reduce the impact of all of life’s events, both at home and at work, all of which can contribute to stress.
Offering unlimited access to support, our MAP service is available 24/7 365 days a year and is completely confidential. Our specially trained, legal and information team can help to resolve issues around: debt, legal concerns, consumer and care etc. whilst our counsellors are on hand to manage any emotional concerns. The telephone service includes:

The portal provides access to a broad range of factsheets, surveys, podcasts, a Health Risk Assessment (HRA) tool, and links to additional services and resources such as: NHS Choices and GOV.UK as well as sites to find local childcare, for example, or even to track down long forgotten pensions members may once have paid into.
